From the foyer, visitors can reach the Upper and Lower Circles and the manège via a lift. There are also disabled toilets in the Lower Circle. Yes. However, it is not possible to sit in any place of your choice if accompanied by a guide dog. There are designated seats for visitors with guide dogs at all public events. The precise locations of these seats vary as the seating arrangements for each concert/show are not always identical.
In order to bring a guide dog, you should therefore purchase a ticket for a wheelchair user seat.
In this connection we would draw your attention to the following: the Tempodrom does not sell tickets but acts only as a landlord, solely letting space to event organisers. As such, all questions relating to the sale of tickets are essentially a matter for the respective organiser. It is not permitted to bring other animals into the Tempodrom.

You can buy tickets from the Ticket Hotline on 0180 555 4 111 (EUR 0.14/min., max. EUR 0.42/min. from mobiles) or at any advance ticket sales desk.
